Yesterday, I stayed on a project too long and ended up late in the afternoon getting my run in which meant I held up our dinner schedule until Carole and I were "too hungry!" But not to worry, we went out for fajitas! (Lord, help us.) This morning, I told Carole that I must do better not to sabotage our diets (healthy food choices).

"Even if we have coupons?" she asked.
